Reboot to Linux and Discover Freedom

Pixeluvo – An Advanced Photo Editor

Pixeluvo is an image editing and photo manipulation application designed to be both powerful and easy to use.

It contains a wide range of advanced features including non-destructive editing via adjustment layers, powerful color correction tools, realistic pressure-sensitive drawing tools and many image enhancement filters.

Before we begin, let’s talk about the elephant in the room.  Pixeluvo is not free, nor is it Opensource.  It is a cross platform application available on Windows,  Steam and now the Linux desktop.  Users can download and enjoy the 30 day trial complete experience  limited only by a low saving resolution before deciding to shell out $30 for a  full (lifetime) licence.

There are already many opensource candidtates in Linux for the photography enthusiast but there is something about Pixeluvo that could be attractive to those Windows users who don’t accept Darkroom, GIMP, Pinta, Rawtherapee or DigiKam as a viable alternative to Photoshop or Lightroom.
